Is ozone treatment safe?

It is effective but must be used in an unoccupied, sealed space. People, pets and plants stay out during the cycle, and we ventilate and test before anyone returns. Where a space must stay occupied we use hydroxyl instead.

Will the smell come back?

Not if the source is dealt with. Air treatment alone fails when contaminated material stays in place, which is why we remove or seal it first.

How long does treatment take?

Ozone cycles typically run 12 to 48 hours. Hydroxyl treatment is gentler and runs over two to five days, with the space still usable.

Can you remove cigarette smell from a rental?

Yes. Nicotine needs a washdown of walls and ceilings, textile treatment and usually a stain-blocking sealer before decoration, combined with fogging.

Do you treat vehicles?

Yes — cars, vans, HGVs and buses are treated with ozone or fogging, often alongside a full interior decontamination.
